Stein Home Solutions is seeking a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager plays the primary, customer-facing role, meeting with customers in their homes, assessing their needs, measuring, conducting a professional sales presentation, preparing a quote, and closing the sale. It is expected that the Sales Manager will positively impact project sales volume, achieve margin expectations, and maximize customer satisfaction. This position is expected to effectively manage a large number of customers in various stages of the selling cycle, working independently and without direct supervision during much of the day.

This is a contract-to-hire position. Salary and commission structure based on experience and qualifications of job applicant.
Accelerate the growth of the company through increasing the sales of profitable residential construction projects in line with company vision and values
Provide sales leadership in order to define and grow the sales function throughout the company for all products/services offered
Generate new sales opportunities, as well as follow up with all sales leads generated from marketing activities.
Prepare accurate time and material construction costs for each project.
Write accurate construction estimates in a timely manner.
Establish and maintain relationships and negotiate pricing with qualified subcontractors.
Establish clear lines of communication with customers, insurance company representatives (if necessary) and all other interested parties to assure accurate and timely reimbursement for work performed.
Actively participate in professional trade and community organizations
Assist marketing team in promoting the company and developing new opportunities for our services
Contributes to overall team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
